CHRIS SUTTON has stressed neither Lewis Morgan or Boli Bolingoli should be written off after their below-par performance in Romania but the Englishman did insist Rangers will be rubbing their hands at the prospect of a weak Celtic left side in under a months time.

Celtic will do battle with Steven Gerrard’s men at the start of September at Ibrox and right now the former Celtic striker believes his former club could struggle in that game down the left hand side.

“Lewis Morgan has potential and I wouldn’t be writing off Bolingoli, despite him having a stinker. But Rangers will be rubbing their hands at the prospect of that left-hand side going to Ibrox in a few weeks.” he wrote in his RecordSport Column.

Boli needs to settle in but his defensive side of the game must sharpen up quickly. The players is running around like a man possessed. Something he was praised for during his debut but he needs to settle down and do the fundamentals correctly. Most importantly, he must attack when it’s the right time to do so.

Celtic have three weeks left of the window and we’re all assuming there will be more faces coming in before all is said and done. Hopefully, in three weeks we have a settled enough squad.
