Celtic star Josip Juranovic will be heading back to Glasgow in buoyant move this week after helping to secure Croatia’s place at next year’s World Cup.
The defender has found himself displaced by this season’s surprise package, Anthony Ralston. However, the player has still been contributing at left back.
Having secured qualification, Juranovic was snapped with Real Madrid star and international teammate Luka Modric. Both of them sharing the image on their social media.
The defender has been steady with his start at Celtic but I doubt we’ll see the best of him until he can play in his natural position. Anthony has played a lot of football and he’s due a break from time to time, especially with 11 games between now and the end of the year.
Hopefully, Josip can keep his feel good factor going this weekend when he plays at Hampden with Celtic. The last time the defender played inside the Scottish national stadium, he was up against his Captain Callum McGregor during the Euros.
