SKY SPORTS Ref Watch discussed a very contentious and bewildering decision made by Andrew Dallas during the Motherwell vs Celtic game on Sunday afternoon.

Jeremie Frimpong was studded by Devante Cole in the most certain sending off you’re likely to see this season; however, Dallas chose to only give the Motherwell player a yellow.

It’s incredible Dallas has seen the incident and only deemed it to be a yellow card.

Celtic were 2-0 up during the incident but Motherwell, with eleven men on the pitch came back into the tie making it 2-1 shortly after.

The referee has made an incredible decision to allow Motherwell to continue with all eleven men on the park.

Dermot Gallagher, the former Premier League referee was asked about the incident and as the footage played, told how the referee got this one very wrong.

“I think Cole is lucky he didn’t get a red card because the point of contact is really, really bad.” Galagher told Sky Sports as cited by The Scottish Sun.

“And I think Frimpong is lucky he didn’t suffer a serious injury.

“If his leg is planted, that’s a very dangerous tackle.

“I just think the referee has read it wrong.”

Dallas has been known to let big challenges slide in games against Celtic. He tends to keep his card in his pocket as opposition players rack up could and then starts giving a flurry of bookings out later in the game.

  1. Dallas knew exactly what he was doing giving the yellow.
No retrospective punishment will even be considered as Dallas has seen it and dealt with it.
A real vindictive nasty bigoted dirty basrterd who should be no we’re near the game at this level and only is because of his, proven to be, vindictive nasty sectarian bigoted dirty basrterd father.
