Celtic will take on Airdrie in the Scottish Cup on a Saturday 5:15pm kick off, and we now know who will be the man to take charge of proceedings.

Andrew Dallas is the man selected to officiate the game and in the wake of the unrest within Scottish football between referees and clubs, you can be sure the whistlers every move will be analysed on the day.

John Beaton, Andrew Dallas and others attended an official SFA meeting after threatening to strike as a result of clubs asking serious questions about their officiating.

Instead of open dialogue the SFA have hidden behind their rule book and given lip service to the word transparency while not showing any signs of practicing common sense.

Celtic asked why a Gers player who had lashed out at Celtic players on three separate occasions was not only allowed to go unpunished on the day but go unpunished in general after the compliance officer had seen the incidents.

This prompted bizarre statements and flapping from Beaton and some in the media about refs being mistreated. Diverting people’s attention away from the incident itself. Funny that.

  1. I will be in my usual seat in the main stand, but I will never forget Dallas calling me a Fenian bast”””*d!! How this man (?) is allowed to take charge of Celtic games, or any games is beyond me. He is and always has been a bigot!!!.

  2. Nothing will ever change with these corrupt Bastards.
Why should they even contemplate change?
All the time the board of directors at Celtic pay lip service to the cheating and corruption in favour of one team it will continue.
As long as Lawwell gets his bonus paid he don’t give a fuck about the fans who ultimately pay his wages.
We,the fans are being mugged off by our own people. HH
