On the 15th of May 2008 we lost one of Celtic’s most beloved sons, we lost Tommy Burns.
Tommy was Celtic personified, whether it be as a player, manager or coach he always knew how the Celtic fans ticked and put them at the forefront of everything he did.
Quite simply, Celtic meant everything to Tommy and Tommy meant everything to Celtic.
On the 6th anniversary of his passing we remember the man who by his own admission was “A fan who got lucky”.
