It feels like an old re-run of a movie you used to like, but you’ve since got fed up with.

Celtic playing down south has been touted for years but never came to fruition.

After the uproar due to the Super League, which formed and was abolished within 48 hours, others are now calling for change within the game.

SunSport believes that change is going to come closer to home, but we really can’t see any evidence offered up by the publication which would suggest that anything is in the pipelines.

The paper talks about calls for the status quo to end but doesn’t offer up any names of decision-makers who want to see Celtic in another league.

Quite frankly, the same problem has always existed; why on earth would the EPL clubs vote Celtic and their Glasgow rivals into the fold to the detriment of their own pocket.

The same organisation and clubs who told you the Super League clubs were greedy, are in fact, themselves, greedy.

Celtic have been squeezed out by UEFA as an afterthought in the last ten years plus. The EPL gets four spots for the Champions League while we have to jump through Hoops.

The higher echelons of the game are rigged to favour the rich clubs, and no super league or not, they don’t want Celtic spoiling things.
