Celtic full-back Greg Taylor is reportedly looking for a move away from Parkhead, with Croatian giants Dinamo Zagreb emerging as a potential destination.

Reports from Croatian outlet Sportske Novosti suggest the Scotland international has expressed a desire to work under Fabio Cannavaro, who recently took over as manager of the Zagreb side.
The outlet reports:
“Speaking of possible arrivals to the blue home, on Friday we learned in Maksimir that Celtic’s left-back Greg Taylor, a 27-year-old with 14 appearances for the Scottish national football team, wants to move to the Maksimir team, that he is pressuring his club to let him go to Zagreb and under the coaching baton of Fabio Cannavaro, so that transfer could ultimately be made.”
Taylor’s current Celtic contract expires at the end of the season, meaning he is now free to discuss terms with foreign clubs.
Zagreb, who faced Celtic in this season’s Champions League league stage, could look to snap him up on a pre-contract agreement. The Croatian club may attempt to bring the 26-year-old in during the January transfer window for a reduced fee.
The timing of Taylor’s potential departure coincides with Celtic’s confirmed interest in re-signing Kieran Tierney from Arsenal, adding further intrigue to the situation.
Since joining Celtic from Kilmarnock in 2019, Taylor has been a reliable presence at left-back.
Taylor has made over 150 appearances for Celtic, winning multiple league titles and domestic cups during his time at the club.
Taylor has yet to comment publicly on his future, but if reports of his desire to leave are accurate, Celtic may need to act quickly to either secure a replacement or convince the player to stay until the summer.
