Odsonne Edouard could still be heading out of Celtic before the transfer window closes and after Bordeaux showed an interest in the striker – a rather bizarre twist has come about.

Eddy might have seen himself going to a major club after Celtic but the interest just isn’t there. However, his wages could significantly increase with a move to Rubin.
The striker has been angling for a move for some time but has had to be patient. Ange has been confident enough in Eddy to keep playing him. The club will likely accept an offer like that if they’re dead set on getting some sort of fee for the player.
The transfer window closes on Tuesday at which point we’ll know what team we have to go forward with. If a bid has come in for a Eddie now, would he be excluded from the Ibrox team to go complete a move elsewhere?
