Interest in Nicolas Kuhn is reportedly beginning to build, with several English Premier League sides keeping close tabs on the Celtic winger following his form during the first half of last season and in the Champions League.

According to a report from SportsBoom, Newcastle United, Wolves and Aston Villa are among the clubs said to be tracking the 25-year-old.

Kuhn made a strong start to last season, contributing heavily as Celtic progressed through the Champions League league phase.

He finished the season with 21 goals and 15 assists in all competitions, helping Celtic to a domestic double with victories in the Premier Sports Cup and Scottish Premiership. His performances earned him a nomination for the SWFA Player of the Year and saw his reputation grow across Europe.

Kuhn played a big role in Europe, netting twice against RB Leipzig during the Champions League league phase, before scoring again away to Bayern Munich in the last 16 at the Allianz Arena. Earlier interest from Brentford and Fulham surfaced in January, and more clubs have since been linked, including his former side RB Leipzig.

Celtic, however, are under no pressure to sell. The winger, who joined from Rapid Vienna for £3 million in January 2024, is tied to a five-year contract. The Hoops have reportedly placed a valuation of over £20 million on the German, with Newcastle, Wolves and Aston Villa said to have scouted him regularly throughout last season.

European sides are also believed to be monitoring Kuhn’s situation, but with Brendan Rodgers reportedly keen to keep him, any deal is likely to require a significant offer to tempt Celtic into negotiations.
