Several reports on social media claim Brendan Rodgers is currently at the Etihad taking in the Premier League tie between City and Huddersfield.
The Irishman is determined to add to his squad before the transfer deadline and his visit down south will fuel speculation he’s got his eye on someone.
Brendan spoke yesterday he hopes to get new faces in but is fully prepared to forge ahead if he can’t get quality signings.
The Man City link is well documented and it would appear he may be going back to the well in order to beef up his Celtic squad.
Its also possible he’s looking at someone in the Huddersfield squad.
Rodgers has been chasing a right back, centre back and centre midfielder since the start of the summer.
The minimum he the Celtic boss wanted was a Stuart Armstrong replacement along with defensive reinforcements.
With under two weeks left until the window closes – it’s time for Celtic to do business.
