Celtic are reportedly set to renew their interest in January transfer target Bright Osayi-Samuel.

The former QPR winger was available on a free transfer last winter and was even described as a ‘priority’ deal for ex-manager Neil Lennon, but ultimately the winger completed a move to Turkish side Fenerbahce.

According to Turkish outlet Fotospor, the Hoops could be set to go back in for the 23-year old this summer after a disappointing start to life at his new side. French side Monaco are also reportedly looking to make a deal happen.

Last season, in certain games, we felt hindered due to our lack of wingers, with loanee Mohamed Elyounoussi being the only wideman to spend most of the season playing football.

So, with the departure of the Norweigian, who has now gone back to parent club Southampton, it is likely we will require a winger who can play on either side next campaign.
