Queens Park Rangers winger and reported Celtic target Bright Osayi-Samuel has supposedly agreed a deal with Turkish side Fenerbahce.

As quoted by the Daily Record, according to reports from Turkey the 22-year old has agreed to a deal to sign on a pre-contract after entering the final six months of his contract at the London based club.

Neil Lennon has thought to have been interested in the young winger since the summer and was looking to pick him up on a cut-price with his contract running down.

However, it looks as though we could be missing out on another target with Fenerbache moving the quickest to act to sign Osayi-Samuel.

The Hoops are definitely in need of a player in the right-wing position. With James Forrest currently out injury and the only backup being Karamoko Dembele who is nowhere to be seen, you would expect Celtic to be looking for reinforcements there.
