According to reports down south Celtic will be in pole position to sign Daniel Arzani in the future after any loan deal.
It has emerged Manchester City will land the player for little over 300k and send him straight out on-loan with Celtic being the preferred destination.
There will reportedly be a clause written into the loan deal allowing Celtic to buy the midfielder outright should it be a success.
The fee has not been reported.
This is a peculiar move but not unprecedented as Man City made a similar move for Aaron Mooy who signed for City on a free and was later sold for £8million to Huddersfield.
Reports also suggest Arzani has had more lucrative offers to join clubs both on-loan and full time but the opportunity to work with idol Tom Rogic is a big draw for the player.
For anyone not in the know about this young player – Arazni is a 19-year-old Australian international who just played in this summer’s World Cup.
The youngster has bags of potential.
