Reputable and reliable journalist Stephen McGowan who is currently in Dubai has refuted the online claims that potential Celtic signing Ismaila Soro was there ready to sign for Celtic.
Online claims yesterday had a picture of Ismaila and football agent Dudu Dahan posing in a sunny climate. However, as we said at the time there was no confirmation of where and even when the picture was taken. It has transpired that the image is not of the two in Dubai.
Furthermore, according to Transfermarkt, Soro’s agent is NOT Dudu and is instead Dimitri Celuk. That doesn’t mean Duhan might not be involved in any day, given his relationship with the club, the manager and the Israeli league.
But for now, Soro isn’t in Dubai with Celtic.

Neil Lennon was hopeful of having a few bhoys in before the end of the Dubai training camp – there’s still time but they’re cutting it close.
The team are back in action next Saturday against Partick Thistle – maybe there will be a new face in the squad by then.
