BRENDAN RODGERS has delivered an unexpected injury boost to Celtic ahead of the Dundee game on Wednesday.
With Scott Bain ineligible for the league tie against his parent club it was thought Dorus de Vries would come back in for the one off game.
However, the Irishman has revealed that Craig Gordon will make an earlier than expected return between the sticks.
This is great news for Celtic ahead of the treble run in. But it could be bad news for Bain if he loses his spot in the aide due to being ineligible – something completely out of the 26-year olds hands.
Brendan Rodgers says Craig Gordon is likely to feature for Celtic against Dundee tomorrow night with Scott Bain ineligible.
He also claims there’s lots of ‘envy’ from players, managers and the media towards Scott Brown following Andrew Davies’ red card on Saturday. pic.twitter.com/BJGW4J1Q5y
