BRENDAN RODGERS will today give the Celtic support the news which they’ve been waiting on since Wednesday night with the Celtic boss set to give an update on Daniel Arani amid gossip and rumours.

Australian media reported early Thursday morning that Arzani had likely torn his ACL and would be out for over four months.

However, there has nothing been confirmed to this point and the Celtic manager will likely face questions about his debut bhoy when he sits down for his pre-match conference before the Hearts game. There is a chance his scan was delayed because of swelling around the knee.

Arzani came on in the second half of Celtic’s 5-0 win over Dundee, giving fans their first glimpse of the star.

With many being desperate to see Daniel since he made the move to Celtic, it was great to see.

But his debut only lasted 22 minutes before he was stretchered off. The player could not put any weight down on his leg and his game was over.

On Instagram late Wednesday night the player showed himself in crutches with his leg strapped up. This would have been a precaution but it doesn’t look good.
