Celtic are believed to be interested in Aberdeen midfielder Connor Barron but could now face a battle to sign the 19 year old with two Serie A clubs now joining the race.Â
Barron broke into the Dons side last season and only recently signed a new deal which will keep him at the club until January 2024.
He has been given the number 8 jersey for the coming season with the Scotland U21 star set to play a key role under Jim Goodwin.
