There might have been some non-Celts hoping for a drop in energy levels from Celtic today at Fir Park but the complete opposite has happened.

The Hoops are doing to Motherwell what they did to the Ibrox side during the week with non-stop relentless attacking football.

Motherwell only started to get a foothold in the game around 25 minutes only to be sucker-punched by the in-form Liel Abada with this finish after a perfect ball from Hatate again.

That was the nerve settling goal. Fans only had to wait for three minutes for the cushion goal from Tom Rogic. The Australian wasn’t available for the Derby game and he replaced new Bhoy Matt O’Reilly today to score this typical Tom Rogic goal.

The Wizard of Oz struck again just before the half-time whistle with this super ball from Ralston to Abada to Rogic.

Halftime and it is three-nil to the Hoops but it could easily be more.

  1. So it looks like the Big Huns getting favours from the wee Huns as Souttar is not playing. Might as well just give them the points. Surprised he was not left in to throw the game. Scottish football, eh?
