SCOTT BROWN could be in for a surprise return to the Celtic squad THIS weekend against Aberdeen.
The Celtic captain wasn’t due back for at least a few weeks but after training well he could play some part on Saturday.
The midfielder has yet to play under new manager Ronny Deila due to long term injury but the Celtic boss knows how pivotal Brown is to his side.
“Scott Brown is like a new signing. He trains well and he might be available for Saturday. Everyone knows how important he is” said Deila.
Celtic have lacked leadership in the middle of the park this season and Broony coming back will be a timely boost for the team.
It’s important that he isn’t rushed back but the sooner he’s in the team, the better.
Saturdays game against Aberdeen could also feature new bhoys Wakaso Mubarak, John Guidetti and Stefan Scepovic.
