SCOTT BROWN has revealed one of the ‘highest-pressing’ teams he has ever played against, and they’re one of Celtic Europa League opponents in the next three months.

The Celtic Captain revealed in the Celtic View that Red Bull Salzburg had him knackered after 15 minutes playing in Austria.

That night, a returning Broony who was just back from an injury lay-off admitted it was a tough shift, but he still managed to get on the scoresheet with the game finishing 2-2.

Celtic were then managed by Norweigan Ronny Deila who did get some decent results in the competition.

Many felt Celtic should have won the Salzburg game in the end.

With Celtic up against Salzburg again, this time under Rodgers, the midfielder admits he’s looking forward to locking horns with them once again.

“Salzburg were one of the highest-pressing teams I’ve ever played against. My face just went red after about 15 minutes of the game, but it was a good experience and I got through the 90 minutes and managed to kick one in the back of the net with the aid of a deflection” Brown told the View.

Celtic start their Europa campaign at home to Rosenborg. The bhoys have already beaten the Norweigan side this year, knocking them out of the Champions League qualifiers.
