Oliver Burke has hit all the right notes since he arrived at Celtic Park on loan. Both on and off the field, Oli has been a massive hit with the Celtic support. His latest comments on Celtic TV will make Celtic fans crave a permanent move even more.

Celtic fans are used to wasting energy with folk down south on how good of a team the Bhoys have. Burke who is only playing with Celtic a couple of months couldn’t have said it any better.

“Scottish football is sort of looked down upon, I don’t know why. Some of the boys in the Celtic squad I am now playing beside have better quality than what I played with in Germany or in the Premier League with West Brom.”

Some West Brom fans have even dismissed Burke’s sudden vain of form stating that he is only scoring against teams like St. Mirren or St. Johnstone. There is a good chance the young Scot will lead the line tonight against Valencia. European football is something alien to West Brom. It offers the kind of exposure that can put a player on the world map. Moussa Dembele’s goals in European competition certainly added to his value.

Burke has been quite public about his newfound happiness at Celtic. What will he do with that happiness come the end of the season? The winger turned frontman could have some winners medals around his neck in May.
