CELTIC travel to Ibrox on Sunday hoping to vanquish the memory of the last two times they played there.

The treble treble champions didn’t pick up a win in Govan last term and it will be something the bhoys want to put right come kick off.

We heard rumours of it yesterday but today the SFA have confirmed the referee for Sunday will be Bobby Madden with Willie Collum slated in as fourth official.

It’s the usual cycle of referees who get these games and while Celtic will fancy their chances they will need a strong referee to deal with the usual Ibrox suspects.

Celtic were down to the bare bones during their December encounter with Callum McGregor playing left-back and Mikey Johnston the lone striker. In the final Derby of last season the team had similar issues with injuries. Barring a disaster on Thursday night against AIK and with no big injuries picked up – Celtic could be heading to Ibrox at almost full strength.
