Menglu was vivacious as ever for her side throughout March, contributing to three victories and a draw. The Chinese was able to net against Hamilton in a 7-0 thumping whilst remaining lively out wide in every other fixture.
Signing for Celtic from Sporting Lisbon back in summer 2022, Menglu joined fellow countrywomen Shen Mengyu in Glasgow.
Having a teammate who speaks the same language and has bedded into Scottish society already was ideal for Menglu when making the move.
Still just 20, the wide player still has lots to improve on and plenty of room for development.
Nevertheless, she will still be looking to take home the SWPL Player of the Month Award for March however she does face some strong competitors including league top scorer Lauren Davidson of Glasgow City and Hearts midfielder Ciara Grant.
