While Celtic are still trying to find their identity in November and chase back the last game in hand lost as a result of Bolingoli’s Spanish jaunt, the Belgian must think he’s won a watch

While Celtic toil the defender confirmed on his Instagram story, he’s UK bound with his Turkish club İstanbul Başakşehir, as they get set to take on Manchester Utd at Old Trafford.

Bolingoli was part of the side which gave Ole Gunner Solskjær’s side a bloody nose in their home fixture before the international break and they’re aiming for a famous win in Manchester.

The Belgian is enjoying his football since being shunned by Celtic for his selfish early-season antics. The same can’t be said for the bhoys who are struggling to keep up with their city rivals. An eleven-point gap has emerged but Celtic do have two games in hand, there are no guarantees we win those two games either so you can’t even say it’s 5 points of a difference in reality.

Bolingoli is due back at Celtic in the summer, by then, who knows who will be in charge and what left back options we will have. There’s a chance he plays for Celtic again under certain circumstances.
