There will be no television blackouts for Celtic fans as every Hoops away game until the derby will be screened live on Sky Sports.

Before the break, Celtic headed to Fir Park with the game only being available to view via the Steelmen’s pay per view service which cost £15 as Sky didn’t choose to broadcast the game.

Ange Postecoglou’s team will once again have to face a gruelling schedule with five games in 17 days that includes tough trips away to Aberdeen, Hibs and Rangers but the matches will be available on Sky Sports kicking-off this Saturday at Pittodrie.

To watch the Scottish champions compete in all four competitions so far this season, Celtic supporters would have had to have a number of different subscriptions to broadcasters so this is welcome news.

However, since signing the new deal which has extended rights of Scottish football for Sky Sports until 2029 the coverage is still yet to improve much to the disappointment of Celtic supporters. Tired pundits and lacklustre time given to the game in Scotland should be addressed. We can’t get better deals in the future the way Sky presents our game.
