ANDY WALKER has used his platform on co-commentary for Sky Sports to declare he condones cheating on a football pitch.
Livingston midfielder Shaun Byrne took a blatant dive just outside Celtic’s area and was rightfully booked by referee Kevin Clancy.
However, what was said in the aftermath of the incident had us raising our eyebrows.
Walker said it’s good to have a player in your team who can maybe simulate well and win their side and then followed it up by saying he had no problems with Byrne whatsoever trying to cheat to win a foul.
This is going out live into many peoples homes and Walker, a former professional footballer is giving the rubber stamp to cheating.

Walker has been described as a former professional footballer.
He was professional only in so far as he was paid for what he dis.
He does not know how to behave professionally. He was a cheat himself and so is at home amongst cheats. One has to ask why people cheat and I believe the answer is obvious. It is a lack of many things, but skill and professionalism come into it.
Diving is not professional unless you do it for a living. There is nothing endearing about the man and I think even his so-called colleagues and friends would not trust him.
