CHARLIE NICHOLAS has shared the ‘stories’ he’s hearing from Glasgow over the potential of a Kieran Tierney Parkhead exit.

The former Celtic and Arsenal man rarely backs the club to hold onto our players and even urges them to move away from Parkhead.

He doesn’t break from tradition as he tries to stir the pot over Tierney’s future.

The Sky Sports pundit doesn’t name anybody he’s hearing stories from but in reality, anyone within Celtic Park who would no anything about what Kieran Tierney is thinking won’t be talking to Charlie or any of his pals.

Nicholas confirms the Celtic star would be an improvement for Arsenal in the left back position but also stated Kieran had defensive frailties.

“The stories I’m hearing here in Glasgow is that he might be keen to move on to the bigger league, if that’s really what it’s about.” the former pro told SunSport.

“Would that make him a better player? Probably.

“There is a question mark about his defensive frailties but then again he would be an improvement for Arsenal, there’s no doubt in my mind about that.”

Arsenal are keen on the player but Celtic are not willing to let Kieran go for anywhere near what is currently being talked about.

The player cut a carefree figure in Austria on Tuesday afternoon as he enjoyed a bike ride with Scott Brown through the countryside.

  1. Never heard anyone go on about alleged KT defensive frailties. Apart from the odd og. don’t recall him ever having a poor game. Nicholas is a Muppet and not watched a celtic game in years

  2. No one in their right mind would confide in shandy Charlie. He is a chancer, no one trusts him. It’s all lies, and he knows it. Give a monkey a typewriter and eventually it will type a letter. Off to your room CN, pollock!
