CHARLIE NICHOLAS has shocked us and done something he doesn’t tend to do very often and back Celtic this weekend against The Rangers and even had a go at the Ibrox club for their celebrations at full time.
Celtic lost their first game to the club in 13 games in a 1-0 defeat at Ibrox. On the day, Celtic didn’t perform. When Mikey Johnston is playing as a lone striker and Callum McGregor is slotted in a left back, you’re going to have issues.
Nicholas spoke to Sky Sports about the game this weekend and insisted Celtic will be hurting from the last game still which makes them a dangerous prospect with more players back and a point to prove.
The pundit believes the way the home side celebrated after their 1-0 victory will stick in the minds of the Celtic players come midday on Sunday.
It’s going to be a top atmosphere with 60,000 Celtic fans packed into the stadium!
"Celtic are hurting from the defeat & the way that Rangers celebrated at Ibrox surprised me…I think revenge is in the air"@SkySports' Charlie Nicholas is expecting a fiery atmosphere at Celtic Park on Sunday.
