Sutton’s post reflects a bigger worry that’s been building among the support. Selling two attacking players without bringing in replacements has left Celtic short up front at the worst possible time.
Brendan Rodgers’ choices have also raised eyebrows, with Sutton pointing to the use of Adam Idah who the Irishman doesn’t seem to fully trust, and the issue at left-back, made more difficult by Tierney not lasting the match.

Who didn’t see that coming?
Tierney was always a nice idea but history shows he can’t last a half a season.
Idah should be loaned out until we find someone dumb enough to give us even half of what we paid for him.
Maeda is obviously our best striker so play him there.
Letting Kuhn and Kyogo walk killed any chances of doing well in Champions league but the board will always wait until they see if we qualify before allowing spending on good players. This kind of thinking will keep this club
