It’s game day! And kick-off can’t come soon enough.
January has been another disaster for the club and this week’s events have further mired the club in controversy. If you’re like me, you just want to watch the bhoys play again.
Well, we get to do that this evening as the team travels to the Tony Macaroni Stadium to take on Livingston, hoping for a better outcome than Saturday.
The bhoys have most of their players back after ten days of isolation, however, on Tuesday we reported we didn’t see Odsonne Edouard or Olivier Ntcham on the training pitch, which gives the impression one of them has become positive since Dubai.
Celtic will at least be able to field a first team striker which after the last two games, feels like a novelty.
It’s going to be a tough game but as the league looks done, it’s all about getting as close to the top spot as possible. A massive points total for our rivals should not be accepted, we need to keep going until it’s no longer mathematically possible.
Hopefully, tonight will be some welcome relief for Celtic fans.
