SPORTS DIRECT have sent out a Celtic fan their brand new away shirt with one glaring mistake on it, surely someone should have caught.

The brand new Celtic away top has proved very popular with the Celtic fans this summer, with the old ‘Celtic Cross’ logo on the front and its overall presentation has seen sales boom.

So, the big question is when you purchase one, will you or won’t you get a name and number on the back of your shirt.

Will you get Edouard, Dembele, Johnstone, Burns, McNeill etc.

Although that option for everyone, so if you’re ordering online and it asks what you want on the back you better click the box that says ‘None’.

Well, that usually works!

Some of the comments underneath the shirt could be pretty on the money.

One fan pointed out it could be an omen for how many players Celtic sign this week.

  1. My first. Name is Gerrard and I have an old Liverpool top that I purchased fae a charity shop on Bute. I have never had my Name (first nor last) printed on a Celtic top of any kind. But when I was a Secondary pupil I once wrote it on wae a inky and a number 10 too. The first time ma maw washed it they both got removed in the twin tub.

    • Your namesake down Ibrokes way will also be “removed” after he’s put through the “washer” four times by our “twin” strikers Eddy and Moussa. HH

  2. Could have been a lot worse Ashley, they coulkd have put a word that rhymes with none, bun or sun,get my drift? Hail Hail.
