Steven Gerrard looked utterly despondent after his side dropped all three points at Tynecastle on Sunday.

The Scouser visibly dejected by what he had just seen and with the cameras pointed at him in his post-match press conference, he couldn’t avoid the elephant in the room.

Celtic.

Speaking to the media he knew what the result meant for both clubs.

Celtic lost the last Glasgow Derby game and have had to endure over three weeks of nonsense from the Gera camp and media. Second game into the SPFL restart and they’ve already lost a game, and lucky to escape with a win against St Mirren.

You didn’t just blink, you slipped up Stevie.

Celtic did their part at the weekend and got all three points against Ross County. Callum McGregor scoring from the spot before Edouard would come on and bag a brace.

It’s been a cracking weekend.
