JOE HART was brought in in the summer transfer window in an attempt to aid Celtic’s goalkeeping crisis and so far it has worked.

Ange Postecoglou’s style of play that he has implemented into the Celtic squad requires the team to build the attacks from playing out from the back. Celtic take this to the next level, often leaving fans with their hearts in their mouth until the ball is clear of the 18-yard box.

Due to this style of play, Joe Hart has the fifth-highest pass success rate in the league so far this season. SunSport reports that the former England number one averages 34 passes a game.

Since arriving in Glasgow, Hart has demonstrated some needed rates within the team. He has shown to keep a cool head, despite being under pressure.

He has also shown his leadership, after taking the captains’ armband while Callum McGregor was sidelined due to a knock.

So far, the signing of the 34-year-old looks to be one of the best Celtic made during the window, already making some top-class saves.

How great does it feel to have a goalie who can actually pull off some great saves!?
