Former Celtic player Lewis Morgan opened his goal account with his new club Inter Miami on Wednesday night against Atlanta. The winger got not one but two goals as his side ran out 2-1 winners on the night.
Lewis made the surprise switch to David Beckham’s franchise back in January with his game time at Celtic limited.
It will have been an almighty adjustment in normal circumstances but given what’s unfolded since his move to America, the midfielder would have enjoyed both of those goals.

Lewis could be soon joined by Gonzalo Higuain with reports claiming the striker is on his way to join the American side.
Reports out of Italy are indicating that Gonzalo Higuain to Inter Miami is getting very close ?

Lewis did the right thing by taking an amazing opportunity in the US rather than languish as a Celtic squad player where there was talk of him making a St Mirren return. I’ve never been to Miami but I have been to Paisley and I feel he’s up on the deal!
