IT’s an unwanted anniversary today.
March 7th marks a year since the Celtic support were able to sit in Celtic Park and watch the team in action.
By this point last year, everybody was aware of the pandemic but nobody could’ve predicted leaving Celtic Park that day that the turnstiles would remain unused for a whole year.
In that time, Celtic have won nine in a row, won a quadruple treble and then suffered a colossal fall from grace.
What a difference a year makes. The last time any of us stood foot in Celtic Park.
Never wanted to get back to somewhere so badly. https://t.co/w7dEGqw1GT

If ever there was an argument for how important the support are to this club and how unimportant they are elsewhere, it’s the disparity in what’s happened this season compared to last.
Celtic have not been good enough and have suffered greatly for a number of reasons. When you’re managers greatest tool is to motivate players it counts for very little when you’re sending players out into a soulless, empty stadium. Neil Lennon couldn’t manage his way through the season and didn’t have the skill set to adapt.
We long for the day when we’re all back at Celtic Park watching the Bhoys in action. We’re just unsure when that will be allowed to happen.
i agree they have missed the support, but it is still no excuse for the abysmal performances they have produced since day one of this season, they are pulling on a CELTIC jersey and should be proud to and be giving 100% in every game.
