LOAN CELT Erik Sviatchenko is enjoying his football again and it’s no wonder! After beating Kobenhaven 3-1 last week his loan side FC Midtyland topped the table.
They now head to play Hobro in tomorrow’s early kickoff with the chance to go further in front.
Erik has the opportunity to win the Danish League this season with his old club and has slotted right back into the team and has helped keep their momentum coming out of the winter break. Midtyland hold a slender three point lead and must keep churning out results if they’re to stay top.
Speaking exclusively to CeltsAreHere.com back in January – Erik told us how he asked to head on-loan after it became apparent his game time would be limited at Celtic.
If the Dane can continue to impress, maybe he’ll change Brendan Rodgers mind.
