Teemu Pukki to Celtic?
According to a Twitter account made in July of this year, Celtic are looking into the possibility of bringing Teemu Pukki back to the club with the Finnish striker in fine form with Championship club Norwich.
While we love a transfer rumour, this one takes the biscuit.
An account named @pbanksjourno who claims to give you ‘Football related news’ has made the claim on his social media account.
Teemu Pukki has become a fan favourite at Norwich, scoring 16 goals in all competitions.
The player managed nine goals for Celtic in his time with the club, and while he shouldn’t be considered a complete flop, it wasn’t one of Neil Lennon’s finest signings.
Pukki played for Celtic at a time when it was up to midfielder Kris Commons to carry the can with goals. Commons would be our top goalscorer the year Amido Balde, and Teemu Pukki were in the squad.
The player was eventually sold to Bröndby IF by the club and Teemu did exceptionally well there.
Sometimes a club and player just don’t fit for whatever reason. There’s no way Celtic want Teemu back, and why would the player risk the same rejection a second time around?
These fans are in agreement.
Not good enough first time & I don’t see it will have changed enough to get him back. Darryl Murphy, Waghorn & Garner all score goals in the Championship & couldn’t cut it up here

What as a person, I'm sure he's a lovely human being but I want him nowhere near a Celtic shirt ever again!
