CELTIC Under 20s beat The Rangers 3-2 in a very entertaining game at Celtic Park on Tuesday night. The young lads had to dig deep for the victory in the end after initially holding a two nil lead.

Celtic were cruising at half time but a late collapse so Glenn Middleton score a brace to bring the game level with not a lot of time left.

The bhoys would win the game in the 95th minute of stoppage time when Ewan Henderson floated a cross from deep which eventually fell to Robbie Deas who struck is very sweetly into the top corner of the net. Celtic won the Glasgow Cup trophy at under 20 level with a last gasp winner!

The young Celts enjoyed their moment at Celtic Park and it was sweet for these two below who had played in the under 17 Glasgow Derby just a week prior where they lost 3-2.

After the match, Armstrong Oko-Flex posted an image on his Instagram that Celtic fans may want to get used to – both players in the dressing room holding a trophy!

  1. Unfortunately I never got to meet him but I met the guy who scored the equaliser in Lisbon in ’67, I can’t even remember his bloody name, I’ll say this about him – he never shut up – I must have been there 4 about 2/2 1/2 hrs – this was in HK – but I’ll also say this that everything he said was completely relevant & directly to the point.
Albeit this was about 22 years ago but I have to say that I can safely say that I would hold all of the Lisbon Lions in the highest esteem.
