The Celtic Way is a sight to behold nowadays. For the past week, it has provided a place so Celtic fans gather together to mourn and celebrate Billy McNeill and Stevie Chalmers after both Lions passed within a short period of each other.

The outpouring of respect and emotion, especially around the Billy McNeill has been on another level. Celtic fans and just football fans have been showing up at the stadium and tying scarves, laying shirts, wreaths and flowers to commemorate the passing of two legends.

As the sun set on Sunday night, a day after Celtic had clinched 8 in a row, photographer Gavin McCormick took this breathtaking picture of the shrine which has naturally developed outside the ground over the past two weeks.

The setting sun shines on Cesar and the European Cup and sheds a light on all the tributes lay at Celtic Park. This picture is a fantastic and poignant reminder of how Celtic fans honour men who gave everything for the club.
