OLIVIER NTCHAM has been restored to the side after a summer where he conducted an interview which stated he was looking to move on from Celtic.
The Frenchman didn’t hide his desire to leave the club when talking to reporters back home. When Neil Lennon got the player back to Lennoxtown he confirmed he had belt several chats with the midfielder.
A misunderstanding was given as the reason behind Ntcham’s interviews and the club moved on.
It has been in the back of many fans mind that while Ntcham is back in the team there is scope for him to move on before the end of the window – providing there is interest.
However, reporter Rob Bairner has claimed Celtic have been touting the player to Bordeaux who declined to make an offer.
Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham was offered to Bordeaux by the Scottish club, according to 20 Minutes. Bordeaux turned it down as they want a more experienced player, however.

It would stand to reason Celtic might want to move the player on if they could get decent money for him. The problem is, you lose all credibility in negotiations if you’re the one trying to punt the player.
It would be rather odd if this was true. We’re sceptical to say the very least.
