CELTIC FANS are eagerly awaiting for their manager, Ange Postecoglou, to provide an update on the Hoops’ injured stars.

A total of 10 Celtic stars have had their injury doubts over the past couple of weeks, with some returning to Lennoxtown earlier than expected and others not joining their countries at all.

Liel Abada, Daizen Maeda and Anthony Ralston all returned to Lennoxtown early. While Cameron Carter-Vickers and Greg Taylor missed out on an international call-up through injury. The duo who remained at Lennoxtown have been in training this week and look to be available for the trip to Dingwall.

Reo Hatate and Daizen Maeda couldn’t be seen in training, nor could winger Liel Abada, making them a doubt for Sunday.

Mooy and Iwata had both missed the game against Hibs before the international break, with the Japanese midfielder appearing in training, but there was no sign of the Aussie.

Haksabanovic was also an injury worry during the international break, with his early substitution in Montenegro’s first match sparking concern, but he started and played well in the country’s second match of the break.

Ange Postecoglou should be able to confirm the status of the squad for the trip to Ross County during his press conference on Friday afternoon, with Celtic fans desperate to get an idea of what the squad could look like for Sunday’s match.

Celtic will upload the presser to their youtube channel, while we at CeltsAreHere.com will bring you the latest news.
