CHRIS SUTTON spoke to FourFourTwo magazine about his gig in Scotland and his best accomplishments in a Celtic jersey.

Speaking about the amount of stick he gets from The Rangers fans, he told the magazine deep down they agreed with him.

“I get a bit of stick from Rangers fans, but most of them end up agreeing with me – like over Mark Warburton and Pedro Caixinha, although they’ll never admit it…”

Chris was also asked about his favourite ever goal against the oldco and he picked a belter!

“My most memorable O** F*** goal was in 2003/04 – when we beat Rangers in every game. We were drawing 0-0 in the 92nd minute, I held off Frank de Boer and chipped Stefan Klos from about 25 yards. That was a lovely goal, because I meant it!”

I think they call that a whitewash.

  1. Yep, not only did he score the goal but he initiated the set up in the first place. And Klos was a class goalkeeper too, don’t know how they managed to bring such an international player to Ibrox….oh wait, hang on, I remember now, they paid him with a massive EBT and a side contract.

(But that’s a secret, don’t pass it on).
