During Brendan Rodgers first season at the club, the bhoys got into the Champions League and when they landed Manchester City, they weren’t given a chance against the English clubs.
It would transpire that Manchester City we’re unable to beat Celtic home or away.
At home, it has to be up there with one of the loudest atmospheres at Celtic Park in a long time. Moussa Dembele’s goal and the way the match panned out lent itself to a red hot atmosphere here from start to finish.
The Celtic support certainly left an impression on Pep Guardiola and the Manchester City team. Nine more so than John Stones, who was interviews in the months after the game and couldn’t help but gush over the Celtic Support – more specifically – the green brigade.
Stones recalls one corner of Celtic Park just so loud and energetic from the first minute to the last. He put down the atmosphere that night as the best he’d experienced.
John Stones was asked, What's the best stadium you've visited in terms of atmosphere? #Celtic pic.twitter.com/TkwOjXRaj9

This is no surprise to the Celtic support who know what an asset the fan group can be.
Paradise is the home of the Celtic F.C. Hail hail to the Champions.
