Under pressure manager Steve Clarke has named a 23-man squad for crucial UEFA Nations League matches away to Croatia and at home to Portugal later this month

Celtic trio Anthony Ralston, Greg Taylor, and James Forrest have made the cut.

Right-back Ralston started both games for his country during the recent international break and has been given some fresh competition for his position in the form of Aberdeen’s Nicky Devlin.

Taylor and Forrest were forced to withdraw from the squad last time around due to injury, so they will aim to make up for lost time.

The latest announcement comes as Celtic prepare to face Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League this evening.

The Hoops are in Germany ahead of their sternest test of the season to date.

Brendan Rodgers’ men have been exceptional up to this point, but their clash with Bundesliga giants Dortmund will truly test their resolve.

Thousands of fans have made the jaunt to mainland Europe in hope that the Scottish Premiership can make historic and win on German soil for the first time in their long history.

Kick-off this evening is at 8pm, with the match live on TNT Sports.
