Celtic had to fight to make it two wins in two in the highlands on Saturday, not making it easy for themselves in their usual fashion.

After knocking on the door for the first forty-five, Kyogo opened his account for the season after Jota slid the ball across to the striker. Instead of kicking on, the Hoops invited County back into the game, with the side drawing eleven minutes after Celtic scored the opener.

New Bhoy Jenz marked his debut with a goal that won Celtic the three points. A thundering header from a brilliant cross floated in by Jota and saw the Hoops push ahead. Liel Abada sealed their three points with his brilliant curling effort beating Laidlaw in the Ross County goals.

We learned three things after Celtic defeated Ross County 3-1.

Jota Should Play on the left.

It’s the same story as last week; when Jota switched wings, he could impact the game much better. Today, after he went to the left, he bagged two assists taking his tally for the season to three in just two games.

These games are for Giakouamkis.

Despite getting on the scoresheet, Kyogo failed to have too much of an impact on the game. Giakouamkis is better suited to the physical side than the Japanese striker. It was a mistake not to start the man from Greece today.

Ange’s Headache Has Gotten Worse.

With Jenz playing well today, it’s hard to justify dropping the new signing. Ange has the same issue with Welsh, who was immense against Aberdeen. On the other hand, Starfelt should walk back into the team, given his starring performances towards the end of last season. It’s a tough decision for the manager, but he’ll be happy to have the luxury of choosing between three players on top of their game.
