TIMOTHY WEAH has sent out a message to the Celtic fans after the bhoys failed to win at Easter Road on Sunday. The American was brought on with six minutes to go and could have had an assist to his name had Edouard managed to find the back of the net late on.

The young PSG loanee has not featured a lot under Neil Lennon and could be on course for an early Celtic exit with the under-20s World Cup calling in May before the Scottish Cup Final.

Weah has been great with the fans since day one and you can tell he enjoys the opportunity to get onto the field and try to show what he can do.

Brought in by Brendan Rodgers, both Weah and Burke have suffered from the managerial upheaval with Neil Lennon seemingly reluctant to play loan players from the start.

The player remains upbeat on his social media account which has a fairly large following.

  1. It is absolutely astonishing that NL has not picked Weah up front with French Eddy.
Going at defences right from the start with two strikers would open them up. Odsonne needs someone up front to play off, we all know that. Lenny seems not to understand this.
It is also astonishing that Sinclair has been left out of the side. He is also a goal scorer cutting in from the side. Players for courses, not FAVOURITES Mr Lennon.
