REPORTS in France claim FC Porto have been ‘keeping tabs’ on Celtic’s Olivier Ntcham for some time now and are monitoring his progress and the club’s situation as we head into the final weeks of the transfer window.

The French reports claim the Portuguese club are keeping a close eye on Celtic’s qualifiers to see if they progress to the Champions League.

If Rodgers men fail to get into Europe’s elite competition then Porto may look to test Celtic’s resolve with a bid to take Ntcham away from Celtic.

Porto won their league last season and will go straight into the Champions League group stages, unlike Celtic who are on their third qualifier.

Celtic are in Greece this evening, in a game that will shape their whole season. After a disappointing 1-1 result at Celtic Park, it’s up to the bhoys to get a positive result in Greece if they are to progress.

If the double treble champions drop into the Europa League then there will be more than one club after some of our stars.
