NEIL LENNON has today confirmed there has been an enquiry for Tom Rogic but nothing more than that at this stage.
There was reports a deal was about to be done for a side in Qatar but Neil Lennon has shot that down for now.
The Irishman reiterated his desire to bring in a centre back and surprisingly another striker.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon says a club “expressed an interest” in Tom Rogic but nothing more at the moment. On Shane Duffy “I think it’s common knowledge an interest has been expressed but that’s all it is”. He says he’s still looking for a centre half & striker.

Duffy appears to be a top target for the centre back role.
The striker interest is a very interesting development. We had heard Celtic wee perhaps not done in the striker department this window after Ajeti signing but Lennon has 100% confirmed that’s the case.
The calibre of striker though is what will be the most interesting. If we’re still chasing a big money move for the likes of an Ivan Toney then it could be as insurance for Eddy. If it’s a promising striker it could mean the end for Leigh Griffiths.
Griffthis is better than the new strikers we have bought this year by a mile the latest can’t stand on his two feet long enough for me
