CELTIC have made it through to the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League with a rather uninspired but effective performance in Norway.

The bhoys, kitted out in their new luminous yellow kits went about their job professionally in the second half especially.

Apart from a couple of glimpses from Edouard, it was a quiet night for Celtic who just seen out the game.

Bendtner score with eight minutes to go but he clearly fouled Gordon to put the ball in the back of the net

So the two words that best sum up the game against Rosenborg. Job Done.

The bhoys now face AEK Athens and the home leg will take place on August 8.

  1. Agreed job done, mid and attack very poor, defence did sterling job especially Ajar and Hendry in 2nd half. A team 17 games into their season only had 2 shots on 5arget against us in 180 mins. Our midfield and attack will need to play like 1st leg against AEK. Hail Hail.
