KYOGO FURUHASHI has set the football world alight – basically. The goal-scoring striker arrived in Glasgow making fans carry out their own research on the Japanese international.

Leaving the J-League, Kyogo was the top scorer but arrived in Parkhead where fans were unsure was to expect from the forward. Little did we know, we were in for a treat.

The fans favourite is tearing up the league, scoring four goals in five games. In Europe his form isn’t too dissimilar, netting the ball three goals in five games.

His form has caught the eye of the UEFA Twitter account, it tweeted asking how much their followers rated the forward. What a silly question!

This isn’t the first time the account has tweeted about our man from Japan, and definitely not the last.

Kyogo looks set to start Celtic’s next Europa League game when Celtic hosts Ferencvaros in a 3.30 pm kick-off. The Hungarian side is probably the weakest in the group, Celtic should hopefully capitalise on this and take three points, however, let’s not get too ahead of ourselves after last time.

After this season Kyogo will become one of the best players that have ever come to play in Scotland, but let us face it Celtic are a new team and as Kyogo grows to life in Scotland he will get even better as will the other new faces with a couple more signings in Jan then after that it will be one in one out Celtic as a team will grow stronger and enjoy the games as a team finding ways to win games together we are on the Learning Curve getting to know each other on and off the pitch and if we keep this together we are heading to the top…
